Extremely disappointed with repeated experiences with @Nykaa, @NykaaFashion and @NykaaNow.
I have faced separate incidents where the logistics partner did not contact me at all, yet the orders were marked as “delivery failed” or that I was “unavailable”.
But today was the limit.

Seriously? An order placed for 2-hour urgent delivery has now turned into a 7-day investigation just because the system shows it as delivered?

@nykaa @nykaafashion I placed an urgent order on Nykaa Now specifically because it promised delivery within 2 hours. The order was handed over to @Shadowfax, but the delivery partner never contacted me. Despite this, the order was marked as “DELIVERED”, even though I received absolutely nothing.

An International Delegation from Kingdom of the Netherlands, visited Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra at AIIMS in Delhi on 24th March 2025. The delegation gained deep insights about the workings of the Jan Aushadhi model in India to provide quality generic medicines at affordable prices to the citizens. They appreciated Govt. of India's efforts and showed keen interest in the process and scope of implementing the scheme in their country.

7वें जनऔषधि दिवस के अवसर पर माननीय मंत्री श्री जगत प्रकाश नड्डा जी का संदेश

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री तथा रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्री, श्री जगत प्रकाश नड्डा जी ने प्रधानमंत्री भारतीय जनऔषधि परियोजना (PMBJP) की प्रभावशाली भूमिका को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि “अच्छी भी, सस्ती भी” के सिद्धांत पर चलते हुए, यह योजना पूरे देश में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को किफायती और सुलभ बना रही है।

आज, 15,000 से अधिक जनऔषधि केंद्र प्रतिदिन लाखों लोगों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण दवाएं 50% से 80% तक कम कीमतों पर उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं। सरकार 2027 तक 25,000 जनऔषधि केंद्र खोलने के लक्ष्य की ओर तेज़ी से बढ़ रही है, जिससे हर नागरिक को सस्ती और अच्छी दवाएं मिल सकेंगी।
