@hm@hmindia My return has been cancelled twice without any reason first on the 3rd and again today. With @delhivery, @help_delhivery it’s always the same stress and hassle. Please resolve this instead of making customers chase a simple return.
@hm_custserv The only response I rcvd frm @help_delhivery was 2 contact merchant & raise a new pickup req! I’ve already raised d return req 3 times d first 2 were cancelled without any explanation. Can sum1 pls take ownership & get dis resolved instead of sending me back & forth?

@delhivery@help_delhivery Ur service is a nightmare. Return request raised 3 days ago yet everyday it’s marked failed after multiple attempts without any1 actually visiting. No way 2 reach a human only pathetic loop of AI bots in app. Multiple queries raised, zero resolution!
