I had given update request of biometric and address by visiting @UIDAI kendra,my passport was provided for POA and it was validated by officials there,still my update request has been rejected,reason being issues in demographic data.@UIDAIRanchi ,what issue in demographic data?

They did not took consent for increased premium . I am asking for cancellation with full refund because you should ask customer before issuing policy with new age and premium.

@MaxLifeIns support is not at all helping. They say will come with response in 4-5 working days and then they ghost you forever . I had issue with my term insurance as max life issued my policy on increased premium and they are not rectifying it .

@MaxLifeIns issued the policy on 12 jan ( my birthdate) with higher premiuma and they are saying the new premium is according to new age ,24 . When did i ask you to issue it with higher premium ?

I had applied for a term insurance policy from @MaxLifeIns through @policybazaar on 30 dec 2023 (my age was 23), and at that time i had opted for 3 riders but later on before policy issue i asked to remove 2 riders and confirm my premium .
