A: NO, there is no new imposition of tax in this regard. It is merely a clarification to address the confusion caused by certain field units demanding different tax rates for similar products. The GST Council recommended this clarification to resolve disputes arising from varying interpretations.

Disheartened by the poor state of the Hindu graveyard in Nacharam. It’s overgrown and filled with garbage, making rituals difficult.
