@JackCarrUSA I’d like to see two more novels to calibrate the screen adaptation first.

[Kevin McAuley @poolhombre]

@MelGibsonstory Hmm. But didn’t they?

@ApexSeeker_ Your safe doesn’t need a gun, your holster does.

[Kevin McAuley @poolhombre]

@ApexSeeker_ lol. This doesn’t translate well. Anyone willing to violate the sanctity of my domicile while my dependents are in it is not going to be a threat for long.

1/ I was 17, closing an ice rink alone at 3 am. The zamboni’s front tire climbed a concrete ledge over a 5ft drop. Gates already shut behind me. Everytime I started the engine, it lurched forward.

4/ that’s when I realized a manager showing up 30 minutes early everyday for years on end wasn’t a waste of time. It was responsibility.

@michaeljknowles I celebrated episode 165 on the 3rd anniversary of starting BIY. It’s my favorite.

In light of Magnifica Humanitas, Somalia seems to be a ex of a state that can’t do for its people what it should, and probably keeps individuals from doing what they can. fix needs Russia, China, France, Germany and UK agreeing to long term coordination and support USA-agnostic

[Pope Leo XIV @Pontifex]

With great concern, I am following the humanitarian crisis unfolding in certain areas of #Somalia, where acts of violence and extreme weather events are exacerbating the already precarious living conditions of the population, particularly of women and children. I hope for the generous involvement of the international community, so that our brothers and sisters may not lack the necessary assistance.

@mikeduncan Just here to ask when you are going to do a new podcast on “The Great Game” that is some how completely relevant to today even though it’s about corporate capture of imperial government functions on a distant continent on the verge of the Industrial Revolution

[Pope Leo XIV @Pontifex]

Today we celebrate the birth of a little girl who would be called to become the Mother of her Creator, the Mother of God. Yet, she is born simply as a little girl, like the daughters and granddaughters we hold in our arms. We bestow upon her the most exalted and noble titles, such as Our Lady and Queen, but God’s way was and remains simpler and quieter, yet no less powerful and transformative. It is the way of Jesus Himself. #NativityOfMary

@MattWalshBlog Yeah, I mean I appreciate the effort to change the news cycle. Gulf of America got a lot of support. Can we call it something Lake Buffalo Bills

[Kevin McAuley @poolhombre]

@JoeAlderman11 Not an opinion, a preference. You are trading off one possible failure point for another, and as long as you train for your actual use case it is fine. I don’t keep a round chambered in my 43 when concealing it and dry fire before inserting the mag so the trigger warns me.
