Original time of flight was on Friday night, they boarded all passengers and then 4 hours later asked them to deboard, take all their luggage from the belt and go anywhere until they provide their next update.

They then updated that the flight will now take off on Monday 2PM. And on Sunday night, we learn that the flight is again rescheduled to Monday evening. It isn’t stopping, we don’t trust this time as well.
Hi @CarolBTome & @UPS - I am writing to you with anxiety and sadness that UPS has misplaced my parcel which has my passport in it. It was meant to be delivered to UKVI scanning hub for my UK visa application. UPS has just opened up an investigation with timeline as 8-12 days.
How can you just lose someone’s passport and just ask them to wait for 8-12 days for investigation. This is the most pathetic customer service that any firm can offer. Your store, customer care everyone is clueless. This is absolutely stupid. @UPS@CarolBTome

Will you get me a new appointment for UK visa and US visa which was meant to be renewed for me? At least show some empathy towards your customers. Your customer care said to “Nice to know you will miss your visa appointment date”. I ask you what is nice in it? @UPS@CarolBTome
There is no process to expedite the investigation. Wow, even if it is as valuable as passport?. Where do I go? To whom do I speak? Why can’t the investigation be done in 2-3 days for urgent cases? @UPS@CarolBTome
I have been having a pathetic experience as customer. Store says they can’t do anything, customer care they can’t do anything. Please understand that I don’t have 8-12 days for your investigation to be over. I need to know the status in maximum 1-2 days.
Please understand that it has my passport without which my Visa stamping of US &UK can’t be done. It will have a major effect on my travel plans and right now I just can cry about it.
My entire travel plan will be screwed due to this. And more than that my UK & US visa stamping will be effected. I have deadlines/appointments for this and I can’t wait for your stupid timelines. There is no help, no sense of urgency from UPS. It is mental harassment
