A HUGE amount of rental housing in the West End is in the Q&A period with the City of Vancouver. Replacing a decommissioned grocer and parking lot, the application is for 455 rental homes and 114 moderate income rental homes + new commercial opportunities.

Vancouver City Council is scheduled to review and decide on the policy statement for the 90-acre First Nations-led Jericho Lands site today. We're interested in seeing the outcome of this project and what it will mean for housing in the area, especially with its proximity to UBC.
