So cute, even in CAD form. The Frankenduck!!
I’m still printing the newly redesigned internal parts of the head. I found some issues and had to adjust again Sunday night.
All the Frankenduck parts are parametric native CAD parts in STEVE studio. It is now super easy to edit every part just using Python inside STEVE.
Railway operators manage thousands of kilometers of track and critical infrastructure every day!🚆
With Ultralytics YOLO26, teams can automatically monitor assets such as insulators, rail clamps, semaphores, and towers in images and video, improving asset visibility and supporting predictive maintenance workflows.

I believe vibe manufacturing will create thousands of companies that make $1M or more a year.
In 2024, Lovable and Bolt made anyone a vibe coder.
Now the same shift happens for physical products, and OpenAI's Astra was the first model of this era.
Before, a hardware product meant your team needed a full-time 3D designer, a mechanical engineer, and an electrical engineer.
Now you pay $20 a month for a frontier model to walk you through all of it.
The market for your product can be small. If it costs little to make, there is a business.
Hardware looked too hard to me. I did not know it, so I did not try.
Now I have a hardware desk on the way.
Make one thing: a printable object, a CAD file, a Blender model, or a circuit board. You owe it to yourself.
Legacy CAD and EDA tools are going to get annihilated over the next 12 months as models get trained specifically for hardware workflows
Expect exponential improvement from here
How many people do you know who still spend their day in a traditional code IDE with some silly AI plugin?
Exactly
CAD is next!
Robots are 3D printing full-size ship hulls.
ㅤ
CEAD’s Faber Navalis system uses robotic arms to print complete marine hulls up to 12 m long and 4 m wide in a single automated run—no molds, no segmentation, and no heavy manual assembly.
ㅤ
A 12-meter RIB-style prototype for the Royal Dutch Navy was printed in 8 days, tested during NATO’s BOMA exercise, and sailed for four days with the Navy in Den Helder. Traditional delivery timelines for similar vessels often run into years.
ㅤ
The hulls use glass-fiber-reinforced HDPro, roughly 10% lighter than comparable fiberglass while offering higher impact resistance than standard HDPE, plus UV stability and recyclability. Primary targets are USVs, RIBs, workboats, and patrol craft.

Vigyan Dhara: Physical AI: Deep Tech Startups in Physical AI
The fourth article highlights how India’s robotics and embodied intelligence ecosystem is being built through startups across diverse sectors. It showcases ventures that are turning innovative ideas into scalable products. Startups featured in the article:
@Addverb_Tech's portfolio spans Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), robotic sortation systems, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), collaborative robots, quadrupeds, and Elixis-W, a Made-in-India humanoid robot. @CynLr00, based in Bengaluru, pioneers in visual Object Intelligence (OI) for robotics. Its technology enables robots to see, understand, and manipulate unfamiliar objects, making automation more adaptable for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
Founded to address challenges in underwater inspection and research, @EyeROVTech develops autonomous underwater drones. Its solutions are used in marine research, infrastructure maintenance, and defence. @ideaforge_tech, known for building rugged unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), develops drones capable of providing real-time intelligence and situational awareness. Its drones are deployed across defence, mining, heavy industries, disaster management, emergency response, and smart city monitoring.
Novus works across warehousing, road transport, logistics, and the vehicle sectors. It is helping bridge the gap between traditional manufacturing and AI-driven automation. @planystech develops autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) designed for marine research, infrastructure inspection, and defence applications. @systemantics_in focuses on industrial automation and collaborative robotics for sectors including academia and research, electronics, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and retail.

@suhanidhonchak@Nar8social The creative and innovative marketer I know…the way she can package something and craft the narrative is artistically fantastic.
We’re very excited to announce that Anthropic’s Fable 5 is a SOTA model at mechanical engineering tasks!
It can generate intricate working assemblies and mechanisms in a single prompt.
Most of India's drone motors come from China.
In 2019, the founders of Vector Technics, @prudhvirajp + Karna Raj, set out to change that in a 400 sq. ft. Hyderabad office.
Today, @vectortechnics is India's largest indigenous drone motor manufacturer, producing 5k motors/month.
I am excited to introduce OpenGeoAgent, a powerful open-source multimodal AI agent for automated geospatial analysis and visualization!
It supports QGIS, Jupyter notebook, and Python scripting. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to automate GIS workflows using natural language, generate maps, analyze satellite data, and even run complex hydrological models.
You can even interact with the agent using voice commands (no typing needed).

Tried creating a SPV myself on MCA in India—hit a wall.
Filled everything myself…
still couldn’t submit without a middleman.
OTPs on WhatsApp. Duplicate data. Zero clarity.
User does the work, system adds the friction.
