@HDCares The store & corporate both say they can’t guarantee when they’ll have delivery people so I just have to wait indefinitely. This seems… not great.

@HDCares I placed an order last week for delivery on Monday, and on Monday night the delivery date was changed to today. It never showed up, so I called and was told they have nobody to deliver & can’t help me. Is this normal? You took my money + delivery fee already.

@googlenesthelp I’m in the US, and my account hasn’t been migrated but I am on the latest version of the Nest app. Do you offer different in-app experiences now for migrated accounts vs not migrated?

@googlenesthelp Did you remove the ability to scrub through the video timeline in portrait mode for your cameras? Starting today, I only see filtered clips unless I rotate my phone to landscape mode. This kinda sucks bc scrubbing in landscape doesn’t always work.

@googlenesthelp Hey there! I’m trying to migrate to a Google account and subscribe to the new Nest Aware Plus, but when I go through the migration I’m only given the option to select the other family member, not myself, to add. Is that correct? Should I not see my own acct?
