@ww_uk I restarted my membership and selected a monthly payment last night via Apple Pay. The payment is pending in my bank account but when I login I just get the screen asking me to select a payment package and I don’t want to be charged twice …any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam sky VIP customer of 17 years. Pay Sky in the region of £150 a month for services. Previous victim of fraud. Why can’t Sky figure out how to remove that flag so I can order a replacement phone?

Have used #beckyadlingtonswimstars @beckyadlington for c. 8 years and spent in the region of £3.5k in fees. Can’t get a refund for two classes they cancelled and notified me of because I didn’t renotify them of their own cancellation within 30 days…..
