@IllinoisIDES It only took 8 weeks, countless callbacks, numerous calls to 3 different state reps but I finally got my federal extension. Hopefully others start getting paid and don't have to go through this.

@IllinoisIDES My only question is when you're going to pay me for the last 8 weeks with the federal extension. I had my 1 year anniversary in late March and haven't seen a dime since. Your callback system is unable to provide answers (over 4 times now) after waiting a couple weeks each time.

"I'll escalate to a supervisor... it's an IT issue ..keep certifying" I called @GovPritzker 's Chicago office and was hung up on. 7 weeks of non-payment of the fed extension.
