Apple needs to bring back Steve Wozniak to fix these idiotic missteps. It’s not only a terrible move against developers, it’s a move against kids learning to make apps and therefore a move against the future of Apple’s own platform.
If this goes into effect it will directly harm my business.
It could cause us to either not have the resources to hire more people or, god forbid, do layoffs.
This would not only make it more complicated to get paid, but take away dollars we need to function. And for what?

Yes, we may not like ads as players, but that revenue is integral for the platform to continue to grow - we are, yet again, seeing a ridiculous decision from Roblox HQ.
From 2027 Roblox is going to be taking a cut from all brand integrations inside games.
Currently a brand can work directly with developers, meaning developers take the full fee, from 2027 Roblox will be charging developers for having brands inside their games.
