Thieving and Retiring Congressman Jerry Nadler will return home to New York under indictment for insurance fraud.

Nadler, who gained sympathy from his constituents when his Long Island home burned down on Christmas Eve in 2017, now stands accused of defrauding Allstate for more than $2 million.

"Congressman Nadler filed claims for several works of art, watches, and other high-value items that he still possesses," said Long Island District Attorney Malcom Reynolds. "Being a retired congressman doesn't make him above the law.

Reynolds says the grand jury is convening next week and should return several felony indictments by late December.

"His homecoming won't exactly be welcoming."

Oct. 12: Federal agents searched her D.C. home and seized her phone, passport, notebooks and computers, per reports.

The NYT reports investigators seized her sister Sahra Noor's phone earlier this year, and family texts from it helped convince a judge to approve the search.

A Minnesota grand jury.

More than a dozen subpoenas, including to relatives.

The big question: was she really 17 when she got citizenship through her father in 2000?

A minor could.

An adult couldn't.

Her staff had a Minnesota state library change her birth year from 1981 to 1982.

Her husband's businesses: up to $51K in 2023, up to $30M in 2024, then amended down.

Jeanine Pirro's office is investigating that too.

Two federal probes.

Critics have long alleged she married her brother.

She calls that "bigoted lies," but if it's a lie, wouldn't a DNA test clear her?
