By missing the ball he did neither as he did not alter the defender or goal keepers actions …… Fernandez according to letter of law did not interfere

@KRennicks40 The recent Iorpenda deal does us no harm. He was a 150/200k player until developed and proven in “men’s” football. We have a good rep with loan players. Desirable for other clubs to send us their talent.
