Amber is not self-aware in anyway. Like at all. Her complaining multiple times that she wasn’t picked for Kori’s team before Jordan without realizing why when Kori literally said why she picked someone else first is wild. Amber is not as good in an actual kitchen as she thinks.

Honestly, I think she would have killed it on something like Master Chef. Her best moments were when she was doing a challenges. She can put flavors together and, with enough time, make sure her food is done well. She just is not a team player or ready for a fast paced setting.
