Yeah still having the issue, downloaded the app on my iPad and that doesn’t connect either? I don’t have the remote to change it on the box but it is on when I if it in the screen comes up etc just can’t use it

@NOWHelpTeam the NOW app isn’t working to connect from my phone to tv.
Both are connected to WiFi network but it’s coming up to use phone as a controller. Been the same for weeks now help!
