@SloughCouncil@nlmo3954 You keep saying this. My Mum’s hasn’t been collected for 3 weeks. Stop ‘passing it on’ and get whoever runs the outsourcing account to remind them of the terms in the SLA and their KPIs - assuming they were included in the contract. Mum won’t even open it now, it’ll be rancid.
Not impressed that I sat in the @o2uk presale waiting room and then the queue for the @BlackSabbath show only to find there were no accessible options. Zilch. Nada. They were an option on the artist presale yesterday. Have they all gone already @ticketmasteruk?
@nate_williams23@O2UK@BlackSabbath@TicketmasterUK I wasn’t disbelieving you. Just shocked at the low number. We’ve given up on the idea. There’ll be a tiny amount of ambient accessible seats and zero chance of getting normal seats in an area I could manage (I’ve not tackled stadium step for years)

They have patronised me and insulted me by insinuating that I was looking for some form of recompense. This isn’t the first issue I have had with a Vertu dealership
Had a non-response to my complaint to @VertuMotors@bmw to which I’m considering my response.
But it’s nice to know that the business manager is glad the gearbox failure didn’t happen in a more dangerous situation, which could have been fatal.

It appears that “NSF output shaft not fully engaged into diff…shaft has pulled circlip out part of the way…no oil loss…no damage to teeth…suspect wear to circlip” Isn’t it amazing that another part has failed so soon…
…they’e actually going to do anything as they’ve not acknowledged a single thing I put in my email apart from inconvenience. I mean, I’ve now got a car that I no longer feel safe driving, but that’s fine because they did a brake service for free. The motoring ombudsman is next.
