@PresChoice I've specifically asked this at Loblaws, and was told that they had no method to check other stores for stock of your product. Surely there must be a way to get that information online, since your store managers/product assistance people, etc. don't have it?
@PresChoice#HeyPC your 100g bars of organic mint chocolate are awesome, but haven't been in stores for ages. Are they ever coming back? I miss this stuff: https://t.co/mXwolJVLB7
@costcocanada super disappointed to find the chicken thighs I bought from Costco Barrie are rancid. Now my cottage guests will need to subsist without any protein tonight. Why do your thighs spoil before their best before date?! There goes $60 of protein.
@Bell Thinking of switching mobile phone to you. If someone sends an email to [their_cell]@txt.bell.ca, what number shows up on the caller display on the receiving phone? Is it always the same, or does it change? Make/break question for me, as it's a service I use extensively.
@telussupport I got mobile service from you, to be redundant from Inet+ mobile on Rogers. When Rogers went down, your services degraded so badly, you were effectively down too. You're down again today for the last few hours, haven't even notified customers. Explain your value?
@Bell_Support Thinking of switching my mobile from @TELUS, since their tech support takes days to answer any queries.
Easy question for you: For Email > SMS, does Bell deliver the SMS messages from a consistent number, or a range? Can you indicate the # or range Bell uses?
@TELUSsupport Why bother? You replied with an irrelevant article, about cable internet (works great for my cell phone.... Thanks?) > 48 hours later. I'll be switching to a provider who actually has a support department that can provide service in a timely manner.
@TELUSsupport@telus why is your LTE network so slow in Markham, ON [hwy 404/7]?
Performance is so bad, half the time speed-test can't even run, the other half, the results to your own test server is abysmal [VIA Iphone SE 2020].
@TELUSsupport What's the point in sending you a DM, when you don't read, much less reply to the messages for hours/days? Do you respect your customers that little? When I get home, I'll be switching providers, your services is proving to be awful in every respect.
@TELUSsupport I'm now up north, Dwight, Ontario. 24mbps down (good enough), but < 0.25mbps upload.
Thing is, it's not just me, I've got multiple phones here, all testing with 2-3 bars of signal, none can get > 0.3mbps upload. Do you think every Iphone needs its network settings reset...?
@RaymondDoerr For it not to be written in Java & be properly multi-threaded so nightmare mode on a map is reasonably playable past the first 6 months.
@TELUSsupport Oh I've already done troubleshooting with your technical team. But let's at least be honest: none of that is going to address packet loss, latency, or contention beyond the first hop within your network, now is it?
@TELUSsupport While I appreciate Telus being "up" during extenuating circumstances while Rogers is hard down is great... It'd be nice if you could be "up" without having 15-20% packet loss. Tethering is effectively useless those levels of loss.
@RaymondDoerr How long until RTR see's some performance love? On nightmare mode, can't even get a normal village past year one, on modern hardware before it's too slow to play :\
@RogersHelps I've called 5x in the past month regarding 3-5% packet loss all day long. I can't get any support by phone, because your support staffer has no grasp of what packet loss is. Apparently speaking to anyone above her is > 30 minute wait. What's actually going on here?
