@MTNNG It’s the fact that you guys have been lying, your team told me they’d deliver today even till 3pm they kept saying in my dm that they’d deliver. I can’t even believe this is happening from MTN??!

@MTNNG I placed an order for an MTN MiFi on October 10, and it’s now been 10 days without delivery. This is unusual because I’ve ordered before and received it within 2 days, and a friend of mine recently experienced the same prompt delivery time.

@MTNNG @MTNNG tomorrow will make it the 10th working day and 14 days since I ordered a mifi that should be delivered within 2-8 working days as you said . Mifi I have ordered and people around me too got within 2 days. You people have been dribbling me in my dm since!

@MTNNG This delay has seriously affected my work, as I currently rely on my phone’s hotspot, which drains my battery and offers unstable connectivity. I ordered the MiFi out of urgency, and I am disappointed that it’s taking this long without any communication or update.
