@jbhunt360 I have never seen the worst customer service and lake of responsibility. Your dispatch in Omaha, NE has mis placed my order time and time again and refuses to take responsibility or delivery it when they say. Will someone actually take responsibility?

@CanonUSAimaging Deleting my reply to your comment...super unhelpful. Was planning on purchasing 5 more pro 200's but now will go with Epson. Thanks for nothing.

[Porridge Papers @porridgepapers]

@CanonUSA Wow! Way to NOT stand behind your warranty. We have spent $$$ on your pro printers over the years and have never had an issue until now. Guess its time to switch to Epson.

[Porridge Papers @porridgepapers]

@CanonUSAimaging I did reach out. I just explained that. How about you offer a better solution that wont waste more of my time.

[Porridge Papers @porridgepapers]

@CanonUSAimaging Absolutely no help! Claim my RMA # is not showing up even though Carlos from my chat session gave it to me.
01:06PM Christopher - ok what is the RMA #
01:07PM Carlos - 4001623735

[Porridge Papers @porridgepapers]

@CanonUSAimaging We do not need technical support. It was already determined by support that it was a warranty issue. Purchase Verification Department refuses to honor warranty

[Porridge Papers @porridgepapers]

@CanonUSAimaging Pro 300. I have a RMA but they are refusing to replace it saying "recent correspondence does not satisfy Canon's requirement " I have proof and an email from Canon.
