@finance_rich File your appeal... it's a fairly straightforward process. It won't recover a year's worth of taxes but it may save you some money.

@epiphany86 Also, I don’t know how your ERG is structured but having subcommittees help & I can focus on strategy & stakeholder engagement to support initiatives.

@epiphany86 I had to learn how to say no & align ERG initiatives directly with the business to garner support & resources. If what’s being asked not impacting my people or culture, it’s a no for me… In the DEI space it can be a bunch of performative initiatives w/ no purpose & waste time

@DrMonicaCox I fully disagree! They can headline a show and sale out venues. I agree with Tiny, they put a lot of effort into the production of their show and they are very talented live performers.
