@whoop my 4.0 is detecting activities that 100% haven’t happened. On multiple occasions I’ve had activities recorded with max HR of 174 walking around the shops… any ideas on how to fix this?

@EalingCustSer processed a new permit yesterday evening. However, your website stated there was an error on 2 occasions so I started again. I’ve now been charged 3x for the parking permit and can never get through to a real human on the phone to sort the refund.

@AvantiWestCoast what is going on with the 18.10 from Euston to Bangor? Is it going up the NW coast or not? No info from staff and still clueless as to what’s happening. £70 for this is a joke. Just give up the service and let someone else looking after it.
