Even the closest people who used to help me have started to abandon me and my family, and now I sit alone with sadness filling my heart.💔😔

"Since the day I was born until this very moment, I have known nothing but wars, killing, massacres, displacement, and starvation."
https://t.co/hoTfRmKtFY
If you were to ask me one day, What is the worst day of your life?
I would tell you that all my days are worse than one another.
Since the day I was born until this very moment,
I have known nothing but wars, killing, massacres, displacement, and starvation.
I was supposed to be a 26-year-old young man today, working hard to build his future
but the painful truth is that I am writing these words stripped of the simplest necessities of life,
weighed down by fear for my family and myself…
a fear that we might lose the life of someone we love in a single moment.💔
Everyone is talking about a strong weather storm expected to hit Gaza tomorrow, with heavy rain and strong winds.
In the tents, there are no walls to protect us, no windows to shut — just worn-out fabric that can’t stand against the storm.
Pray for us, that the night passes safely and the wind doesn’t sweep away what’s left of our shelter.
Winter here isn’t just cold — it’s constant fear of flooding, freezing, and collapse.
@nizar_almasre Nizar...what you are going through is unimaginable even for those of us who are listening and walking with you. We send all our love, from so many of us. ❤️❤️❤️
"She is the heart of our family — a little girl who has known nothing but pain...She cannot move or speak, but she understands everything and feels everything. Her eyes speak for her — they reflect pain, longing, and silent hope."

Zein, my sister, is not just a patient… she is the heart of our family — a little girl who has known nothing but pain. She has suffered from cerebral palsy since birth. She cannot move or speak, but she understands everything and feels everything. Her eyes speak for her — they reflect pain, longing, and silent hope.
We now live in a tent after losing our home in the war — surrounded by cold, bombing, and displacement. And yet, what hurts me most is our inability to provide for Zein’s basic needs.
Zein needs diapers every day, and nerve relaxant medication to ease the constant tension in her muscles. The medication is available, but it’s extremely expensive and beyond our reach. She also needs regular physical therapy sessions with a specialist — essential to reduce her pain and prevent her condition from worsening.
We need around $800 just to cover her medication and essential needs for one month. This amount might seem small to some, but for us, it’s everything.
Please, don’t forget Zein — the child who fights silently, who lives with the bare minimum, and who waits for a touch of compassion from your hearts🙏💔

We are three girls from Gaza… we fear, we endure, and we still dream despite everything.
Every day, we try to prove that the destruction couldn’t break our hearts.
Pray for us… maybe one prayer can change our fate.

This narrative of the photo from Shadia reflects so much dignity and exhaustion, it haunts. "I put the keffiyeh on my head and held my nephew… Behind it is a thousand pains, and we just need a bit of your kindness." Love to this family.❤️❤️

“There are three concentration camps that are built by Israel that house political prisoners, simply for being Palestinian. There are 9,500 Palestinians currently in these concentration camps. 3,500 of them are held with no charges and with no trial.. These people are hostages..”

I met this sweet family through my friend @yanis_hamadGaza. I've been trying to find more support for them but without much success. In 2 months @HdaytShtat73759 have only raised around $500 from 15 donations. 💔They really need more support. Please help: https://t.co/zh2acCkALu
Canada reviews report alleging ‘US loophole’ funneled its military parts to Israel
——
Global Affairs Canada says it is examining a new report alleging that Canadian-made military components have continued reaching Israel through US weapons factories despite Ottawa’s freeze on export permits that could be used against Gaza.
Spokesperson Samantha Lafleur told Anadolu that no new permits have been approved since 8 January 2024, and that around 30 previously issued permits were suspended this year.
The report, Exposing the US Loophole, released on Tuesday, presents evidence of hundreds of shipments from Canadian manufacturers to US facilities producing Israeli warplanes, bombs, and artillery shells.
It also cites Canada’s role as a transit corridor for European-made TNT routed to US bomb-makers, and claims Canadian F-35 components were transferred onward to Israel shortly after arriving in the US.
Rights advocates say the findings expose gaps in Canada’s export oversight.
Rachel Small of World Beyond War said Canadian-made goods “have continued to flow to Israel this entire time,” while Haneen Muhanna of the Palestinian Youth Movement described the US channel as a mechanism allowing Ottawa to “claim innocence” as weapons still move unchecked.
New Democratic Party parliamentarian Jenny Kwan said the government “can no longer claim ignorance or distance.”
In two months, Momen's campaign has only received 278€. This family has taken in 6 children orphaned by the genocide and has a new baby that is only days old. Please circulate and support. This is one of the smallest and slowest campaigns in Gaza. 💔
