@BrianPFlanagan The lethal abuse in orphanages everywhere was due to the nature of the beast, not so much the times. They were devastating children long before that happened. In fact, in Boston I had an aquaintance who saw the remains during a demolition of an orphanage.

@Tendar I'm in Thailand. There are lots of Russians here now. They don't seem affected but neither were we in the Vietnam era. Countries are harsh to each other and USA is no exception. This whole thing seems like propaganda but Russian government looks like a horror movie to me.
