Dear @JPNadda @DrJitendraSingh ji,

We are observing a complete breach of the agreement regarding no police action against the protestors. Hundreds of students have been arrested in Bihar and Bengal, and hundreds are being surveilled/harrassed in Delhi and other states. Multiple reports are emerging in Delhi around detention of volunteers supporting protestors with logistics.

We demand that all the FIRs against the protestors be immediately withdrawn, students be released and no future FIRs be filed (in line with our agreement) by Delhi police / Central investigative agencies / Police in BJP-allied states, FAILING WHICH WE WILL BE FORCED TO SIT ON PROTEST AGAIN.

We also demand that the written agreement around legal cases be shared with us by tomorrow, the aligned timelines with the Government of India.

तीन दिन हो गए। दिल्ली पुलिस ने प्रेस कांफ्रेंस तक नहीं की है। कम से कम अफ़सोस ही जता देती कि बच्चों के साथ ज़्यादती हो गई। सब वक़्त के गुज़रने के इंतज़ार में हैं या किसी कमज़ोर क्षण के इंतज़ार में हैं कि कोई ग़लती हो जाए, बड़ी घटना प्लांट कर दी जाए फिर कार्रवाई करेंगे। इससे कुछ भी हासिल नहीं होगा।

शुक्र है कि अभी बात केवल इस्तीफ़े की हो रही है, शिक्षा व्यवस्था की होने लगेगी और ये नौजवान ढक्कन उठा कर देखने लगेंगे तब फिर कोई जवाब बचेगा नहीं। सरकार सचमुच इस शिक्षा व्यवस्था को डिफेंड नहीं कर पाएंगी। कम से कम अपने मंत्री और सांसदों से ही पूछ लीजिए कि उनके बच्चे विदेशों में पढ़ रहे हैं तो वहाँ क्या अच्छा है जो यहाँ नहीं हो सकता। कहने में अच्छा नहीं लगता लेकिन सरकारी स्कूलों और कॉलेजों का हाल कबाड़ जैसा बना दिया गया है।

मैं बीजेपी के सांसदों और मंत्रियों को शानदार पिता मानता हूँ जिन्होंने अपने बच्चों को यहाँ के कबाड़ कॉलेजों में नहीं भेजा। वे मंत्री के रूप फेल हो गए मगर डैडी के रूप में पास। बस देश के बाक़ी बच्चों के लिए नहीं सोचा। दो चार दस कॉलेज ही बचे रह गए हैं वहाँ भी संघ की भक्ति चल रही है, पढ़ाई कम। बच्चों को शिक्षा की बर्बादी ने घेर लिया है। यह काम वही कर सकता है जिसका इस देश के कॉलेजों से लगाव जुड़ाव न हो। और कॉलेजों से नफरत की चिढ़ पैदा हुई थी 2016 के साल से। आप जानते हैं।
