You are unique. Don’t hate your flaws - try and embrace them. They’re what make you, YOU. No one is the same, distance yourself from comparison - comparing yourself to others won’t make you feel any better.💛
Easier times are coming. It won’t always be this way. You have a lifetime ahead of you where you can experience new things, make amazing memories and meet new people👫 stay strong! Wishing health and happiness to you in the New Year. Make 2018 the year you want it to be✨
I know every day can seem so tough but you have gotten through all the hard days before, haven’t you? You’re here, fighting each day as it comes and that is all that matters: the fact that you’ve kept fighting. Don’t get discouraged and give up. Healing is a work in progress.🧡
Someone who drowns in 7 feet of water is just as dead as someone who drowns in 20 feet of water. Stop comparing traumas, stop belittling yours or anyone else’s traumas just because it wasn’t “as bad” as someone else’s. This isn’t a competition. We all deserve support & recovery
Take a step back and look at how far you’ve come in the past year, month or week. Don’t get discouraged. Your progress may be slow or quick, all that matters is that you are making progress. Healing. Growing. Give yourself credit 💛 you’re stronger than you know ✨
@6D_ASCENSION In the future I 100% am going to go and drink almond milk but for right now it’s a must on my meal plan for my recovery, I don’t have a choice :-(
@6D_ASCENSION Like I would love to be able to go back to drinking my almond milk 💔 and coconut milk but I can’t because I need the calcium because of my anorexia.
