@AmericanAir I’ve used every cust svc option available. The law loopholes that were used were outrageous. Involuntary denied boarding, agents at the airport “couldn’t get through” to compensate us, told us to leave/call, but the moment we left the airport, we lost all options apparently.

They will involuntarily deny you boarding if they overbook the flight and then squirm their way out of the DOT laws regarding compensation. Not another flight for TWO DAYS. Unbelievable. I’ve never seen such slimy customer service. Fly @Delta.
