@eurowings No one answers the phone, I spent 2.5hrs in total today waiting for someone to pickup. A message telling people where you are in a queue would be helpful. God only knows what it cost me today

They didn't after my first flight was cancelled and they haven't after the rebooked flight was cancelled two hours ago, so how are we supposed to get help? I've rebooked again via website but there is no guarantee that will go

@eurowings what is going on? Flight to Dus canceled this morning by SMS now rebooked flight canceled by SMS. No one answers the phone and I have to get back to work

@stadtdortmund #dortmundstadt in the city today people with no masks if smoking or eating whilst walking or just not bothering to wear one, not to mention the ones that can't get it's nose and mouth. Where is the enforcement?
