I’m building Identity Ledger a deterministic authorization and value layer for humans and AI agents.

The goal is not to let AI “control money.”

The goal is to let an AI request financial actions inside hard, enforceable boundaries.

That means:

AI proposes.
Credentials identify.
Delegation defines authority.
Policy limits risk.
The ledger executes atomically.
Settlement happens through controlled rails.

An agent never gets direct database access.
It never mutates balances.
It never mints value.
It cannot override policy.

We just completed the external withdrawal/redemption layer.

Now the kernel supports:

• Human and AI-agent identities
• Asset-specific accounts
• Explicit TRANSFER vs WITHDRAW authority
• Independent transfer and withdrawal ceilings
• Reserved funds before external settlement
• Idempotent withdrawal requests
• Settlement and failure states
• Durable authorization records
• External asset reconciliation
• Cross-process concurrency protection

Current state: 88/88 tests passing.

Still intentionally absent: real banking, Stripe, Coinbase, or blockchain rails.

That comes only after the kernel is trustworthy.

The architecture I’m building is simple:
