Bought Cricket 26 digitally on Xbox Series S the moment it dropped. Still completely unplayable because of the missing day-one patch and “primary user signed out”

This isn’t acceptable where for other platforms like PC and PS5 its working.

@BigAntStudios Paid £49 for Cricket 26 on Xbox. Still can’t even get past the title screen hours after launch because your day-one patch isn’t live. I can’t sign in !

Thousands of us are in the same boat. What compensation are you giving affected Xbox buyers for this mess?

The game is not signing in. Saying it has issue with the primary user. We cant play it on Xbox Series S here in UK. Alots of users are facing this issue. Please resolve asap…!
