@Richard53943520 2/2 that some depots are being told not to scan the tracked parcels as they're moving through the system, to just make sure they get the delivery scan so that might be something they're doing to try and catch up that's making it seem like it's not moving. Hope it arrives soon!

Just as a reminder to everyone, Royal Mail strikes are continuing 2 days per week right up until Christmas. Whether you're expecting post through RM or shipments through other couriers, there are going to be delays all round.

Order early to avoid disappointment.

@Richard53943520 That sounds about right to me. 9 days means it was caught in the strikes on the 30th and the 1st, then there was the weekend so that means today is the 5th day. You'd normally expect it today, factor in Christmas and tomorrow seems more reasonable. I've seen some say 1/2

@Richard53943520 There are always going to be some outliers but, Christmas time aside, Royal Mail generally deliver 98%+ of Royal Mail 24 parcels on time, and the rate of parcels going missing is incredibly low over the course of an entire year. Fewer than 1 in 1000 in our experience.
