“Our neighbours say we will be sent to Bangladesh because we could not prove ourselves” Bengali workers in Bengaluru borrowed money to travel home for SIR hearings, lost wages & spent thousands, only to remain under adjudication

I never wanted to reply to you Dipke because every time we reply to these unnecessary arguments we only give them more reach.
But there is something you really need to understand.
First of all just call Neha Bora and ask her what exactly happened yesterday. She was there. She saw everything.
Now let me explain the difference between the two protests.
When CJP gave the protest call you kept telling everyone that you might get detained. You said it again and again.
And you were detained.
But what was the plan for the people who were coming? Where were they supposed to go if Jantar Mantar was blocked? Who was going to lead them?
People ended up in small groups across Delhi. Some had 10 people. Some had 20. Some had more.
The police could easily surround and detain these smaller groups.
Now look at yesterday.
Rahul Gandhi gave the call. He told people where to come. He told them what the march was about.
And most importantly he came out to lead it himself.
He stood at the front with other opposition leaders. People knew who was leading them. They knew where they were going. They knew what they were fighting for.
Thousands of people marched together.
There were police vans everywhere. There were barricades. There were police forces on the streets.
Even the march was stopped near the Supreme Court.
So please don’t pretend there was no police presence.
I believe the huge crowd made the police think twice before taking stronger action.
That is the difference between a few people standing in separate groups and thousands marching together.
And please stop acting as if the only reason yesterday’s protest was different was some secret plan by the government.
Sometimes you also need to look at your own planning.
Neha Bora was there on the streets. She faced the police during the earlier protests too. Talk to her. Ask her what actually happened.
One more thing.
Leadership is not just about giving a protest call and then talking about how you were detained.
Leadership is also about making sure people know what to do when things go wrong.
People need someone who will take responsibility. Someone who will stand with them. Someone who will lead from the front.
And please stop turning every discussion into a story about how you were victimised.
Nobody is denying what happened to the protesters on October 10. The police action against them deserves serious questions.
But that does not mean you should keep questioning why yesterday’s protest was successful.
And if you really believe that all protests are one protest then start acting like it.
Everyone is welcome. Every organisation is welcome.
We are fighting for the same cause.
Use your energy to raise your voice against the issues we are protesting about.
Not to keep explaining why your protest faced police action while another protest brought thousands of people together.
Stop playing the victim card every time someone asks questions about your planning.
Look at what went wrong. Learn from it. And come together.
Because the whole country needs to stand together for this fight.
Dear @RSSorg@BajrangDalOrg
Almost 9 hours later, still waiting for the "legal team of CJP" not a single name or contact number has been shared.
So does CJP leadership @Cockroachisback only randomly tag @whattalawyer asking to send a "legal team," while on the ground, not a single identifiable CJP legal team representative ever shows up?
While @IYCLegalCell and @NSUILegalCell have been seen extending help to citizens, the CJP leadership who called on these protesters in the first place is nowhere to be found.
Isn't this the same kind of politics that @AamAadmiParty is infamous for making claims while delivering only deception, deflection and whining?
Is CJP becoming AAP, or are they just exposing themselves so everyone realizes they are but an extended arm of the same unprincipled bunch of opportunistic thugs?
@AshutoshRanka, provide specific names and contact details of your legal team for protesters to keep handy, or stop deceiving the citizens of India, young protesters, and the gullibles who trusted you.
Tomorrow at 10AM, me, @SauravDassss, @whattalawyer and other CJP leaders will go to Parliamentary Street Police Station to get a date for a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar.
@DelhiPolice can give us a date for Jantar Mantar in 24 hours, or we will give another protest call ourselves.
@Cockroachisback
Yesterday, the nation's young came out in Delhi to peacefully protest. They came with love in their hearts, not hatred or anger. They were beaten, both by cops and BJP goons.
This is not the India we want.
Tomorrow, we will march to the Supreme Court as Indians, united beyond party, gender, caste, community and state.
Youth, all opposition parties, civil society groups, all those who believe in democracy and stand by the Constitution of India, will walk with us.
We will submit a memorandum to the Chief Justice on behalf of the nation, demanding an end to vote chori, halting of SIR and the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar.
Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Ajit Doval and Mohan Bhagwat cannot silence India's voice. These cowards cannot intimidate us. They will have to step aside.
We will march together, with love, brotherhood and patriotism.
Daro mat.
Tomorrow, all of India will march to the Supreme Court.

sidha sidha bolo na ki I’m actually a right winger who hates minorities and would trade the integrity of my democratic institutions as the cost of teaching minorities a lesson, but I don’t have the guts to say it openly hence I will beat around the bush and larp as a centrist
When Shaik Hasina was removed she took refuge in India
When Parvez Musharraf was removed he took refuge in London
When Benazir Bhutto was removed she took refuge n London
When Idi Amin was removed he took refuge in Saudi Arabia
When BJP is removed where will Modi take refuge?
Of course not, shutting down metro, train services & mobile internet in few parts doesn’t even come close to bullet ridden bodies of school children, weeks long crackdowns & complete communication shutdown, not even allowing one to call an Ambulance. #Delhi#Kashmir
