it’s your god given right to half ass your job. show up high. listen to music while you work. go to the bathroom to go on your phone. do as little work as possible
Since the announcement of our union, Wizards of the Coast has hired Fisher Phillips (a union avoidance firm), and chosen to engage in a daily union-avoidance campaign by sending emails to the Arena team that is spreading misinformation and sowing fear among our colleagues.
The way profit maxxing corpo culture has invaded every form of art through algorithms pushing people into daily posting is really weighing on me lately. Efficiency and regularity of making "content" being prized above all else feels so grim, man.
Anthony hated how Americans viewed street food abroad and correctly pointed out that street vendors with daily lines of loyal patrons don't stay in business for years by giving everyone in their neighborhood food poisoning.
This is the problem with having someone like AK, and many others, at the helm of Hip-Hop conversations. 21 Savage got caught red-handed botting streams. There’s empirical evidence that 25 million streams were deleted from the TOTAL STREAM COUNT of his last project. Yet he gets on the mic and deflects, claiming Kendrick has had billions of streams deleted, which is a completely false and fabricated lie.
Every time you ask these people for proof, they point to a parody account that posted 'Luther lost 235M streams,' which isn't true, or they reference differences in monthly streams from around the Super Bowl and the months afterward. Kendrick hasn’t lost a single stream in the total stream count for any song in his catalog, so why sit there and lie, pushing a false narrative when the artist YOU support got caught red-handed?
I actually don't want to climb any corporate ladders. I don't care about job titles. I don't need accolades.

We had the 2018 season, but nothing compares to this 2025 season.
This wasn’t just a good year, it was a turning point.
You could feel the culture change immediately under Ben Johnson.
-Winning the NFC North.
-1st year HC getting a playoff win
-1st playoff win since 2011
-A franchise QB actually winning us games.
-Rookies stepping up across the board.
They made the impossible POSSIBLE
over and over in the fourth quarter, pulling wins out of games that felt finished. As Bears fans, we’ve never witnessed anything like this….
I’m SO proud of this group
And yeah, it ends bittersweet….
it feels like there was more left.
I have no doubt that this is just the beginning.
Til next season. It’s always 🐻⬇️.
Very eye opening when you go back to older games and you see what essayists and review sites considered bad game design is just anything that requires the player to actually engage and think about what’s happening on screen that’s more complex than a Mario game
I’ve spent *just* a week on my “PS2 era only for a whole year” experiment and…it’s SHOCKING how much more engaging and unique each game felt when it wasn’t all chasing the same three genres and formulas.
We had it all.
working eight hours a day doesn’t sound bad until you realize it’s not just eight hours, it’s your energy before work, your recovery after work, and the version of yourself that’s too tired to show up anywhere else
gotta be honest: i didn’t realize chicago was an atypically cold place until i spent winter in edinburgh/london/amsterdam/new york and i discovered everyone else is a giant baby about cold
