@AllisonMorris1 Listened to the talkback discussion today. Quick question re defamation risk - can media still publish exposé’s that don’t ID someone? Eg. “Anti gay MLA frequented gay massage parlour. Married man….etc, etc”. Wondering why this never happened in Donaldson’s case.
