@kdeveryjacobs I agree. I think maybe it was an effort to gain some catharsis for the guilt, maybe meant to provide stark condemnation of the act by shocking audiences into having a visceral disgust reaction? Healing is needed. Not desensitizing and re-traumatizing.

Do you feel there is a line which, when crossed, can no longer be covered by the excuse of power dynamics? I feel that actions taken which afford basic human respect can be covered, not this.
