The President's Office spreads Russian propaganda through publications in Telegram channels.

What do we know about Russian propaganda? They lie every time they open their mouths! This is an axiom.

This truth, however, is ignored by the media scum of the President's Office when the fake concerns Petro Poroshenko. And now Bankova's propagandists have picked up and are actively spreading fabricated Russian lies.

During a speech at the Atlantic Council on December 5, 2024, I said that the Russians were convinced that they would be able to take Kyiv in three days. Then I explained that in the first phase, the Russian troops simply entered in parade uniform, with victory flags and planned to use our infrastructure in their interests. They expected that they would be met with flowers and not resistance.

So, the Russians cut out a piece of text from the speech, added their own version of the classics, and fed it to their audience.

And that's where Bankova's propagandists got involved and dragged this lie into the Ukrainian information space. The only thing they didn't like in the Russian plot was the mentioning of Poroshenko being on the list of terrorists in Russia. They simply cut this fragment out in their version.

Why did they do it the very next day after the GUR reported on increasing the number of PSYOP special units in Russia.
It turns out that the Telegram channels Times of Ukraine, Ukraine Online, Insider, Real war, Ukraine Now, Truha have joined these special forces.

The question is: are the Russians helping the Office fight against Poroshenko, or is the Office helping the Russians spread lies in Ukraine?

We expect the Center for Countering Disinformation to refute this fake.
