One trend I am noticing with the construction by @CoachCalhoun_UC and his staff and GM is the combination of more experienced proven players (Colvin, Allenspach, Tejada) with ascending young players with upside to their games (Elamin, Mahaffey, Iweze). I like it.

There is still the other half of the roster to fill plenty of work to be done but I like what they have done so far. It’s a work in progress but I’m enjoying how they have operated thus far.

@CoachCalhoun_UC I would also point out positional size and length/wingspan, finishing ability at the rim, free throw percentage and ability to draw fouls, players who can space the floor with their offensive skill sets, and players who can play/guard multiple positions.
