Masters Giveaway!
Nothing crazy, just a couple golf shirts and some hats from the ANGC pro shop.
(I know it’s super late but I’ve been busy 🤷🏻♂️)
Only 1 winner and I’ll be picking today.
I’ll throw in some of my stuff as well like the @Binary_Defense hat and @Titleist prov1X
@MyGolfSpy Keep the ball in play. No penalties. Center of green is the play , practice lagging the ball to 3 ft or less. Try to play to a specific distance off the tee on par 4s. ( ex. 130 yds to pin) On tight holes have a fairway finder you can count on.
STOP WITH THE ALABAMA DESERVED TO BE IN THE PLAYOFF! Milroe sucks under pressure. Michigan's defense was missing it's 5 best players and still dominated Bama. OVERRATED again. GO BLUE!

@NUCLRGOLF@chadmumm@Skratch Good start. Next time a group format. Cart cameras and more interviews while they are playing. I loved the event but think it became more about the golf and not about the personalities. Loosen it up a bit and let them be a bit more comfortable.

🎥 The Winning Difference
@ppargolfer Yes. It was the worst shot I hit the entire 9 holes . Bounced over a bunker, through the rough and broke about 5 feet on the green. Total mishit. We watched it go in and just started laughing. Shot 33. Have not had 1 since.
Seated/one knee throws are quickly becoming some of my “non-negotiables” as far as throwing progressions are concerned:
-promotes arm action efficiency
-increases active range of the trunk
-helps maintain a “stack” or center of mass integrity through handbreak and flip up
-great way to add intent to lighter throwing days
I’ve talked before about how the upper half can affect the lower half and vice versa, but this is the true test to see how much you’re leaving on the table with an inefficient upper half
Potential issues with coaching a "firm glove side"
✅Limiting glove-side scap retraction
✅Decreasing the ability to create a stretch through the trunk
✅Leading to a linear follow-through (⬇️ rotation)
It's no surprise this tends to be a major velocity killer.
