@cyantist I have an uncle who is handicapped. Needs help eating, bathing etc. Been that way since birth. He lives his life on one principle; 'expect gratitude from no one and you will never be disappointed.' that includes friends and family. Seems trivial but makes all the difference.

@cyantist Certainly understand the fustration. However, if one opts out of paying for a particular part of government, does that person then not get to use those services? Also, how do we collectively define bare minimum? Defense, roads, health, education, water, etc.
