@Vicchu22 Sorry for the late reply - I didn't get a notification. It's an Android limitation only Google can fix. As you say, their drivers don't have the capabilities. My Game Controller Tester can only produce results that the Android hardware can support.

@RoyalMail Thanks to Post Offices closing early I have made 2 wasted journeys trying to process a prepaid parcel which is due to be posted today. Google Maps say they close at 5:30pm. I saw people having the same problem. Please update your opening times. Please also advise.

@AskAvira Yes thank-you Philipp. I submitted a sample to the Avira lab and was given the all-clear. My customers are reporting back that the false-positive has gone now. Impressive result!

@Avira I am a game developer and your antivirus software is wrongly detecting my game as a virus. Users are reporting to me (see picture), and it is stopping them from playing my game. I don't have a virus and no other virus scanner makes this error. Can you please fix?

@AskAvira Thanks Philipp, I have submitted the file and the lab replied back that it's clean. Do you know how long it will be until Avira customers will be able to play my game? How long does it take for the database to be updated and pushed out to end users?
