Our we dividing 86 by 1/2 or dividing 86 by half of 86, or dividing 86 into half? The way its written can be any of the 3.
So I'll give 3 answers depending.
1) 86 ÷ 1/2 = 172 bcse thats how many halves are in 86. 172 +43 = 215.
Or
2) 86 ÷ 1/2(86) = 2. 2 +43 = 45
Or
3) 1/2 of 86 = 43. 43 +43 = 86.
One of those 3 is the right answer. The trick here is the word play. Its an unfair question because its intentionally ambiguous.

@SqSehrish Its 10. Order of operation, multiplication and division first. 9÷9 is 1, 9×0 is 0 this leaves 9+1+0 = 10. It took me 2 seconds... like for real people??

@Mimiiben1 Its 5. Sqrt(47) = 7, sqrt(81)= 9, sort(9) = 3. Notice that there is a double sqrt on 81 which is 9 then 3. That gives 10 for the top and, sqrt(4) for the bottom = 2. 10/2 = 5

@deryaa1214 Its 28. 5×2 = 10, 6×3 =18, 7×4 =28, 8x5 = 40. The numbers on the right from 5 to 8 are multiplied in a sequence, 2,3,4,5 to get the number across from them.
