@DorsetDrive held our 1st community iftar - unbelievable! As a non-Muslim, I was so warmly welcomed into this celebration. I enjoyed every moment: waking up b4 dawn to eat, fasting all day & then having the privilege of breaking fast w/ 200+ community members 🙏🏻💕@PeelSchools

Folks need to understand the emotional, social, and political battles that Black people have to experience daily. It is generational too. Life is a fight on a regular basis that adds an added layer of emotional turmoil. More tweets will come about this…
