@AlphaOfHisOwn R/S allows them to dilute again at higher prices. Say are preferred shareholders getting R/S? Companies r/s because prev dilution, they cannot pump/ move up the PPS without R/S. R/S events always melt down, company will dilute more, rinse/repeat.
