Moray Man/Eel Man is a robot master designed to help with conservation of freshwater, and to combat invasive species and clean river trash.

He is armed with an Eel Cannon that can intake or eject foreign objects, as well as release and recall robotic eels to assist him. His body is very flexible which allows him to swim fairly quickly and maneuver in tight spaces.
