@Froshbaron I noticed most of them didn't even bother to survey around for the baby's parents. They took the baby right away with pleasure. They only care for the baby. π
@LukeeXXV These will help:

Donβt stress yourself (mental & physical).
Eat healthy foods.
Always wear a mask when in public.
Huwag magpuyatβ10 PM dapat tulog ka na.
No work for 3 months (if applicable).
@LukeeXXV Hi Luke, when I was diagnosed, my CD4 was 17. Lumaban ako. I followed the doctorsβ advice point by point without fail, and my CD4 jumped to 68 in just 3 months. Kaya mo yan.

Medyo alanganin pala ang nature ng work mo pero kaya yan.
Important ang 10pm to 2AM kasi within that time ang tissue regeneration and strengthening ng immune system.
Nakalimutan ko:
9. Multivitamins, make it sure merong vit C with zinc as recommended by my doctor
@jacques_poz_UD 3. Didn't expose myself under UV (strong sunlight)
4. Nap during the day
5. Religiously took the meds on-time
6. Avoided strenuous activities
7. Avoided long travels for 6 months π I sacrificed my already booked Taiwan and Vietnam trip. π’
8. Regular check up and labs
@jacques_poz_UD When I was diagnosed, my CD4 was 17. I was in the brink of death. Sa hospital ako nag stay for a month hanggang tumaas. Then prophylaxis for one month.
These are what I did to raise the CD4 count:
1. Seven hrs sleep. 10 pm tulog na.
2. Healthy foods, π« instant and canned
