When the mind is at the center of the body, it is the only moment you can simultaneously feel and share #peace. Hopefully, this peace will spread worldwide and end #suffering from uncertain situations that increasingly bring #stress and unhappiness to many people's minds.
@PeaceRevolution by World Peace Initiative organized the first Peace Architect Training for the first time since January 2020. The retreat was three weeks with 40 participants from 23 countries. They all had good meditation experiences and felt happy and relaxed.
Bad days are sometimes inevitable. An inner peace time is pretty much a remedy to all poisonous thoughts. When people or things are taken away from us, we still at least have our breath and the center of the body. #meditation#innerpeacetime#buddhistmonk#letitgo#stressrelief

When we close our eyes and meditate, inner stillness will purify our minds until the mind becomes clearer. If we meditate daily, we will understand more the truth of life and enjoy being ourselves without depending on anyone or anything to make us happy.
