You can't even set most gym treadmills to the speed this guy just broke the MILE world record at. They max out around 12 to 14 mph. Josh Kerr held 16.2 mph for the entire mile today: 3:42.66, breaking a record that had survived 27 years.

The pace on this new mile record is just wild.

It works out to 13.8 seconds per 100 meters. Go sprint 100m all-out right now. If you're slower than 13.8, Kerr was moving faster than your sprint, and he did it 16 times in a row without stopping.

In 1954, Roger Bannister ran the first four-minute mile, a barrier people once argued was the limit of human physiology. Put Bannister's race on the track next to Kerr's today, and Kerr finishes while Bannister is still 110 meters back, coming off the final bend.

The man who lost the record, Hicham El Guerrouj, set it in 1999 with no pace lights and no super spikes. Beating him took 27 years of shoe technology plus a four-month engineering project Kerr named after the goal time itself. The margin: 0.47 seconds.

And El Guerrouj isn't finished. His 1500m record, set the year before on the same track, turned 28 this week. Only three men since have even broken 3:27. One record fell today. The harder one is still standing.

Last night Donald Trump released a declassified document that says his own intelligence community identified Putin as personally running an operation to defeat my father in 2020, built around a fake Burisma corruption scandal centered around me and executed through prominent Americans.

Trump tasked his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to fly to Kyiv and meet a known Russian agent.

The Americans who ran, laundered, and legitimized the operation:

Donald Trump. Rudy Giuliani. John Solomon. Joe DiGenova. Victoria Toensing. Lev Parnas. Igor Fruman. Chanel Rion. Sean Hannity. Steve Bannon. Miranda Devine. Ken Vogel. Ron Johnson. Chuck Grassley. James Comer. Jim Jordan.

To name a few.

An operation formally sanctioned by Trump's own Treasury Department on September 10, 2020, and expanded to include more named actors on January 11, 2021.

Oh, and don't forget the Russian-linked FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, who later pleaded guilty to making the entire Burisma bribery story up.

New laws in Afghanistan, introduced by the Taliban, mean that men can now marry girls at any age – there is no limit. Male relatives can arrange this with other men, and it’s only once the girls reach puberty that, in extremely limited circumstances, they can ask a court to dissolve the marriage. King Edward I of England (“Longshanks”) ordered every Jew in his kingdom to leave or die.

The Edict of Expulsion gave Jews (who had lived in England since 1066) until November 1 to depart. They could take what they could carry. Most tried to cross the Channel. Many were robbed by ship captains, stripped of everything, and thrown overboard. Those who survived swam ashore.

This was the culmination of more than 200 years of growing hatred: blood libels, ritual murder accusations, forced badges, crushing taxation, synagogue closures, and pogroms.

For more than 350 years, the expulsion stood until Oliver Cromwell quietly allowed Jews to return in 1656.

“Tolerance” of Jews in diaspora lands was always conditional … and ultimately revocable.

Agreed. Facts should matter more than political loyalty. So here are facts, every one from Trump’s own government.

Fact: Trump’s National Intelligence Council wrote in August 2020 that Putin was personally overseeing an operation to spread claims my father committed crimes tied to Burisma. Trump declassified that document himself two days ago.

Fact: Trump’s Treasury sanctioned Andriy Derkach on September 10, 2020 as “an active Russian agent for over a decade.” Giuliani met him in Kyiv, on camera, and kept the tapes.

Fact: Trump's FBI warned Senator Johnson that his source, Andrii Telizhenko, was a conduit for Russian disinformation. Johnson kept going and so did Grassley. Trump's Treasury then sanctioned that source too, on January 11, 2021.

Fact: The bribery allegation at the center of the impeachment inquiry came from Alexander Smirnov, who pleaded guilty in federal court to fabricating it and went to prison.

Fact: Six years of investigation by prosecutors of both parties produced zero charges from the laptop’s contents. Not one.

You asked whether politicians and media knowingly amplified information they believed was false. The FBI warning and the Treasury sanctions were public before the amplification stopped. It never stopped.

So yes. That is the bigger story. It’s the one I’ve been telling. And there are an endless supply of facts i am writing and discussing on Substack.

The canonical historical example of a real genocide, the Holocaust, was utterly different to anything happening in Gaza.

To Those Who Compare Gaza to the Holocaust

After years of suffering, starvation and disease in the ghettos, the Nazis offered desperate Jews a way out.

They promised them jobs and a better future. They told them they were being relocated to labor camps where they could support their families.

Believing they had finally found hope, the Jews boarded the trains. Those trains took them to extermination camps.

Upon arrival, they were told they would first take a “disinfection shower” before entering the work camp. The gas chambers were disguised as shower rooms.

Many only realized they had been deceived when the gas started flowing.

That was systematic, industrialized murder built on the intent to exterminate an entire people.

In Gaza, when Israel wants to target Hamas infrastructure, it evacuates entire neighborhoods in advance, even though this gives Hamas time to escape.

Israel does this specifically to minimize civilian casualties.

These two realities are fundamentally different.

Comparing them dishonors the memory of the victims of the Holocaust.

This is really incredible. Docs released by Trump tonight confirm RUSSIA tried to spread claims Biden was engaged in criminal activity vis-a-vis Burisma and that it advanced those narratives "with US officials" and planed a "high-profile corruption scandal... at the peak of the 2020 US presidential campaign."
