@RoyalMailHelp I have set up keepsafe as of
today as I am going away tomorrow. However, the postman has delivered mail today along with a blue keepsafe card that clearly says "DO NOT DELIVER THIS CARD". Does this mean my mail will not be kept safe now?
@edfenergy Trying to sort out my 94 year old uncles tariff. Recently moved into a flat. We have been on hold for over 90 mins on three different calls. Told it has to be dealt with by a specialised team but nobody is calling us back as promised. How can we resolve this?
@parcelforce why do your delivery drivers lie? Booked a collection for today. Waited in all day to find out they "attempted pick-up" at 12:21. I have been here all day and checked CCTV - nobody has been near my house. Now I have to book another off work tomorrow. Awesome service
@virginmedia Broadband has been out in BR2 / BR5 area since 23:15 last night. Service status says only TV has problems. Please can you provide an update? Cheers

@ubereats_uk Third time asking. Please provide an email address for your complaints department. Order messed up through McDonalds and none of your departments can help (including the specialist team who handle McDelivery orders). They won't refund my money.

'Specialised' McD team won't refund. Told to raise an issue on Uber app instead. This doesn't work as the order not on there. Repeated requests from me for complaints email but no response. May as well throw £10 in the bin.
