Allowed myself 45 minutes from Charing Cross to my meeting this afternoon - both possible trains massively delayed and then cancelled from home station by @Se_Railway meaning had to give up and go home. Shouldn't have to leave two to three hours cushion to ensure you can ge somewhere on time.

How is @BupaUK so digitally antiquated? I just spent 45 mins on the phone trying to do two things that should be able to be managed online in 30 seconds. Anything to do with payments, policy tweaks or updates and you have to call up. Deeply tedious in 2025.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. The problem is, Boris, that Starmer’s lot inherited a shitshow from successive Tory governments who overpromised and under delivered (regardless of major crises like Covid). Stones -> glass houses. Shit show after shit show like Thames Water’s river strategy.
