@MikeyOver1 They want a tax break on the $50M-$100M annual property tax, and want $100M tax payer funds for the infrastructure around the stadium that they'll pay for. Politicians essentially voted 'no' to both. Either way, the people get hosed, taxes will go up.

@Freedom09538437 New stadium design has ~65k capacity, avg ticket price today is $430. After operating costs and salaries, they should be able to pay those taxes after 4 games. Also, if it has a roof, they'd be able to use it as a concert venue all yr for more $. Let's not pretend they can't pay
